사고지휘체계

사고지휘체계(영어: Incident Command System, ICS)은 미국에서 대형 사고나 재해로 인해 긴급대응이 필요할 때 관계기관 간 지휘, 통제 및 조정을 위해 개발된 표준화된 접근 방식이다.^[1] 원래 캘리포니아의 산불에 대한 기관 간 대응 문제를 해결하기 위해 개발되었지만, 현재는 미국의 국가사고관리체계(NIMS)의 일부로 확대되면서 총기 난사 사건부터 위험 물질 현장에 이르기까지 모든 종류의 위험 상황에 사용되도록 발전했다.^[2]^[3] 또한 ICS는 국제적으로 유사한 접근 방식의 본보기가 되었다.^[4]
